For stays of more than one night, a room freshening service is offered daily to our customers. Our housekeeping team will perform a light cleaning that includes: replacing towels, stocking coffee, tea and other essential items, trash and recycling, cleaning the floor and other visible damage.
Respecting your privacy, it is important to know that beds will only be replaced if there are no items on them. Also, if you wish to change your towels and inform our housekeeping team, simply place the towels in the bath on the floor, or if you wish to keep them, you can hang them up.
Don’t want this service and to be disturbed? We invite you to hang the “Do not disturb” sign on your door handle.
