If you are a member of Club Amitoutou of Toutourisme Québec, you will be entitled to a free cleaning fee ($50) for one night during your stay.
Our hospitality policy
- A fee of $50 per day applies.
- Only one dog, weighing a maximum of approximately 35 kg / 75 lb, is accepted.
- The dog must be kept on a leash at all times when in the hotel.
- A selection of Classique rooms has been designed to accommodate you and your faithful friend.
- Access to the St-Hubert dining room, inner courtyard, pool and spa areas, massage room and fitness room is forbidden to pets. You may walk through the hotel lobby with your pet, but you may not stop.
- A telephone number will be requested to contact you in the event of a problem. We ask that you be informed at all times if your pet is left alone in the room.
- Cleaning of the room during your stay must be done without the animal in the room. Please contact the team to make arrangements.
- It is your responsibility to pick up after your pet, both inside and outside the establishment.
- Any damage caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card.
- Any noise produced by your pet that disturbs other hotel guests may result in a penalty.
- The customer assumes all financial and moral responsibility in the event of another hotel guest becoming the victim of their pet during an incident on the premises.
